They did it! The Frosty 40 Challenge is complete!
All six of our incredible Frosty 40 swimmers, Bex, Laura, Liz, Pat, Rachel and Rebecca have now completed an amazing 40 cold-water swims each across the winter months to help celebrate Springboard’s 40th anniversary – four decades of supporting young children with SEND and their families.
Of course they made the most of the occasional sunny days across the past few months and certainly wished that the weather had been as good as in the final team photo – but instead they swam in water temperatures as low as 2°C, and had plenty of wind, rain and very grey skies to contend with… this challenge has truly tested them.
