Springboard's Aims:
To improve the opportunities for pre school children with special needs and their families. We will do this by:
- Maximizing the development of pre school children by identifying their needs and building on their strengths
- Providing support and information to their families
- Offering a focus for multi- agency partnership working in North Somerset
