Clevedon
Our welcoming and friendly centre in Clevedon, which we moved into in 1993, is open for 8 sessions per week plus one Stay & Play session. It is the main provider of services and our main administrative centre and registered office.
Our Clevedon Centre was built in 1993 and at a cost of £250,000 which we raised from a wide range of charitable trusts, including BBC Children in Need. In 2008 the building was extended to include a more accessible entrance.
We have a wide range of facilities including a large playroom, with built-in equipment; a little playroom; a parents' room with resources and a computer; a kitchen; toilets including accessible facilities; a meeting room (Grace Room available for hire) ; a reception office and an upstairs larger office and we musn't forget our large loft full of toys and equipment.
The garden and outdoor play area at Clevedon, includes a sensory garden.
As well as the usual play equipment you would expect to see in most pre schools and nurseries, our specialist equipment includes a ball pool; computer; soft play equipment; built-in kitchen/role play area; messy play area; a large trampoline; gross motor slides and steps.
We provide the following Play Sessions:
Mornings: Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs and Fri
Afternoons: Mon, Tues and Fri
Stay & Play: Thursday 1.30pm - 3.30pm
