Springboard receives some funding from North Somerset Council, North Somerset Primary Care Trust, the Big Lottery Fund, a range of local and national charitable trusts, Friends of Springboard and an increasing number of individual donors.
Providing specialist support, often on a one-to-one basis, is costly. We need to raise over £1000 a day to maintain our services. There are many ways in which you can help us to give young children with additional needs the best possible start in life.
Donations
You can help by giving a regular monthly gift or a one-off donation. Some examples of how we may use your donation are shown on the right. Donations can be made online or by downloading a donations form
Company support
We welcome donations and in-kind support from companies. If you work for a company that might be able to support Springboard, please ask them! Or you could consider encouraging company staff to adopt Springboard as their Charity of the Year. We are happy to send further information and/or a speaker to your company.
Support the Friends of Springboard
‘Friends' is a committed group of parents and ex-Springboard parents and supporters who raise a significant amount of funds by organising fun events and activities. Recent events include a fashion show, a sponsored swim and a quiz night. The Friends also arrange a fabulous bi-annual Springboard Ball, next one in 2010!
Led by Yvonne Kingston, the Friends play a huge part in our ability to keep our valuable work going and monies raised by them contribute significantly to our running costs. They also attract other funders to Springboard by the work they carry out in the local community as well as promoting special needs issues in general.
To find out more about Friends or if you wish to join or have any ideas for events, please contact Yvonne at Clevedon 01275 341113 or by email to yvonne@springboardweb.org.uk. She will be very pleased to hear from you.

Shelley and Colin Wadey ran the Bristol Half Marathon for Springboard and raised a fantastic £1612 inc gift aid. With Tina Foster adding a further £430 making over £2000.
Well done and thanks !!!
The money will be spent on a much needed new fence for the play area and garden.
